Having completed hundreds of new/custom home designs for our clients ranging from French Provincial style to modern style homes, we can make your dream a reality!

New home design is an exciting time for clients! Every client has different requirements for their homes. We undertake a brief at the beginning of the project to help achieve your dream design.

A new feature of our service is rendering software from our latest 3D Programs. This additional service helps our clients visualize their dream design in real life styled imagery!

5 STEP PROCESS:

 

STEP 1: CLIENT BRIEF

​

We undertake a brief at the beginning of the project to help achieve your dream design. Its important to understand what size, how many storeys and budget is required to be met. By understanding these requirrements, we can asses our clients projects honestly and give realistic expectations on what they can achieve with the factors mentioned above.

 

STEP 2: SKETCH DESIGN

​

The sketch design step is to gauge roughly what can be fit onto the site. It is an exciting time for clients who will start to visualize how their home will look and how spaces will work. Our programs use prelim 3D imaging to help clients visualize their home.

 

STEP 3: ORDER DOCUMENTATION

​

When we quote our clients, we also include Soil reports and council documentation to achieve obtaining a building permit. We order these documents early on in the process to avoid any unnecessary design changes later. This keeps our project design accurate and avoids future delays at a later time.

 

STEP 4: FINALISE PLANS & FINAL CONSULTANTS

 

With the soil report in and council documents obtained, we have all the documentation to finalise Working Drawings to send off to other consultants. These  can include energy raters, structural engineers, fire rating consultants and others.

Once these documents are returned, your building permit documentation is complete.

STEP 5: CONSTRUCTING THE PROJECT

​

Whether becoming an owner builders suits, or engaging a registered builder. The time has come for your plans to become a reality.

​
